Share a signing link, QR code or embed
Choose the right public signing route and test it before distributing it.
Send people to the form when they have time to complete it. A booking confirmation is often a better place for a signing link than the last message they receive at the entrance. At the venue, a QR code gives a walk-in the same opportunity on their own phone.
Before distributing a route, check that the template is intended for public access. Invite-only forms belong to an event invitation flow, and kiosk-only forms belong to the kiosk workflow. They are not interchangeable links.
Find the active template in Share.
Open Share and locate the template by name. If you need a location-specific route, choose the location first. Confirm that the form is public and active. A row labeled Invite only or Kiosk only does not provide the same public Copy, QR and Embed actions.
Choose the format for the placement.
Use Copy for booking emails, instructions and website buttons. Open the QR option for a sign guests can scan. Use Embed when placing the signing form in your website. Keep the destination recognizable and explain who should complete it, especially when a guardian must sign for a minor.
Test the exact route you will distribute.
Open the copied link or scan the printed code on a phone. Check the activity name, location context and readable field order. For an embed, try the page on a small screen as well as a desktop. Keep a visible direct-link alternative in your website flow if the embedded presentation causes problems.
Try it with a realistic visit.
Test one booking email and one printed entrance sign. Open the email link on a phone using the same app a guest might use, then scan the printed code from a comfortable standing distance. Check the full destination after it opens. A sharp-looking code or a correctly styled website button is not enough if the destination is an old template.
Both routes should reach the intended published form with the appropriate location context. Ask another person to follow the short instructions without assistance. If they cannot tell who should sign or what activity the form is for, fix the surrounding message as well as the link.
The link opens the wrong form.
Stop distributing it and compare the template name in Share with the intended document. Check old booking-message drafts, saved browser bookmarks and printed signs. Fix the source of the wrong link rather than asking every guest to find another form themselves.
Can we print a QR code before publication?
Publish and verify the intended route first. A printed code is harder to replace than a draft email. Test a copy at its actual printed size and placement before printing the full set.
A quick check before you go.
