PLANS AND BILLING

Choose monthly or annual billing

Compare location coverage, subscription amounts and monthly SMS allowances.

Start with the number of locations you operate. Both Starter and Growth include unlimited waivers, so a busy event does not create a separate per-waiver charge on either plan. The next useful question is how many text invitations your team expects to send.

Monthly and annual billing describe when you pay for the subscription. Annual amounts are paid upfront. The included SMS allowance still renews monthly, so it should not be treated as a pool of messages available for the entire year.

1

Match the plan to your locations.

Starter covers one location at $9 per month or $90 per year, with 200 SMS included each month. Growth covers unlimited locations at $14 per month or $140 per year, with 500 SMS each month. Both include unlimited waivers. Use the actual locations in your operation when choosing between them.

2

Compare the payment schedule.

Twelve monthly Starter payments total $108, compared with $90 paid annually. Twelve monthly Growth payments total $168, compared with $140 paid annually. That is a subscription saving of $18 or $28 over twelve months. A monthly equivalent helps comparison but is not the amount of an annual installment.

3

Review additional requirements before committing.

Estimate texts beyond the allowance at $0.02 each and review any organization-specific needs. Enterprise is a conversation about the operation’s requirements. If account billing controls are not yet available in your workspace, contact the team for the supported setup process rather than expecting an unshown checkout or invoice screen.

CHECK THE RESULT

Try it with a realistic visit.

Compare a single venue sending around 150 texts with a business operating three locations. The first fits Starter’s location coverage and included allowance. The second needs the multi-location coverage in Growth even if it sends fewer than 200 texts. Then compare the annual amount with twelve monthly payments, keeping the upfront payment separate from the monthly equivalent.

You should be able to state the plan, covered locations, subscription payment schedule and monthly SMS allowance without referring to the price card. If any required service or cancellation term is unclear, settle it with the team before treating the estimate as a purchasing agreement.

IF YOU GET STUCK

The account screen shows different plan wording.

Contact the team before choosing or paying for a plan. Include the plan name and amount shown, without payment-card details. The marketing offer uses Starter and Growth with the amounts listed here; a conflicting screen needs clarification.

Do unused annual months become a refund automatically?

Do not assume that from the annual price. Confirm the applicable subscription and cancellation terms before purchasing. This price comparison does not establish a refund policy.
