Arrange the blocks in your waiver form
Build a readable field order and review labels before guests see the form.
A readable form follows the order in which a guest can answer it. Start with enough context to identify the activity, collect the details you need and put the relevant wording before the acknowledgment or signature. Avoid making people jump between unrelated questions.
The builder has a block palette, a central Blocks view and an Inspect panel for the selected block. Use the Preview view as you work so the form makes sense as a signing experience, not just as a list of components.
View full size Add the blocks for the actual task.
Open the template and choose a block from the palette. Add text and headings for context, then the participant fields and signature sections your approved process requires. Work from a short checklist. Collecting extra information just because a field exists makes the form longer and creates more records to look after.
Select each block and edit its label.
Select a block in the central list to show its settings in Inspect. Give it a direct label that the signer can understand without a staff explanation. Review whether it is required and correct any highlighted errors. Arrange the blocks into a useful reading order and remove duplicates before continuing.
Read the preview from beginning to end.
Switch to Preview and follow the order a guest will see. Check long text, required answers and the final signing step. Wait for the header to say Saved before leaving. Publishing is a separate action, so a saved edit does not by itself replace the version currently available to guests.
Try it with a realistic visit.
Read a family form aloud as if you were a parent arriving with two children. At each name or date field, say whose information belongs there. If the answer changes without a heading or explanation, revise the label or order. Repeat the exercise with someone who has not seen the builder so familiarity does not hide an ambiguous field.
A useful preview lets the signer identify the activity, understand each required answer and find the relevant wording before acknowledging it. Check that removing a duplicate block did not also remove a necessary piece of context or the final signature section.
The builder says Unsaved changes.
Check the highlighted fields and any template-wide error message. Correct the reported issue and allow the save to finish. Keep the page open while checking the connection, and avoid publishing until the saved state and preview match the intended document.
Can staff change every template setting?
The app reserves template-level settings for owners and admins. A person who can edit blocks may still see disabled settings controls. Ask the account administrator for the right change rather than sharing a higher-privilege login.
A quick check before you go.
