Waiver.com is a digital waiver service for small activity businesses: gyms, ranches and outfitters, trampoline parks, tours, rentals, martial arts, climbing, camps, and spas.
The first release covers the whole loop:
- A template builder with rich text, signatures, initials, photo or ID capture, questions with flag rules, and minors on the guardian's form.
- Signing pages that work on a phone, a public link or QR code, an embed, and kiosk mode on a tablet.
- Events with invitations by email or text, a live roster, and check-in by QR at the door.
- Records you can trust: every waiver is hash-chained, rendered to PDF, and kept with an access log.
- A REST API with an OpenAPI document and webhooks.
Pricing is two plans. Starter is $9 a month for one location. Growth is $14 a month for unlimited locations. Both include unlimited waivers, templates, staff, and devices.
